Complaints
The Yarpa Hub is a business unit of the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) which aims to improve and protect the interests of its members and the broader Aboriginal community of NSW.
Therefore, Yarpa abides by the NSWALC Complaints Handling Policy. Complaints provide valuable feedback in relation to how Yarpa is carrying out its functions and how we can improve the services we provide to our community. As such, Yarpa is committed to the effective and efficient handling of complaints. Yarpa aims to resolve difficulties, grievances and complaints in a prompt, impartial and just manner.
What you can complain to Yarpa about?
Yarpa can only deal with complaints where it has legal jurisdiction to assess certain matters. Examples of these matters are:
- An expression of dissatisfaction relating to Yarpa operations or services.
- An expression of dissatisfaction relating to a Yarpa employee, contractor or consultant.
