Time management is one skill that you definitely need to include on your resume! This means being able to juggle various projects or ideas at the one time and knowing how to prioritise and delegate. 2. Team work: Even though you may love to work solo, managers like to know that if they did have a project where you may need to work with someone else that they can trust that you can get the work done. Being able to work in a team will not only be a benefit to your team, but the organisation as a whole. 3.
